Proceschemicaliën en -gassen
 Naast onze standaard industriële en UHP-gassen biedt Air Products ook een assortiment gassen dat is aangepast voor de farmaceutische industrie en voor de fijne chemicaliën. Om dit te ondersteunen, hebben we een toevoerketenteam opgericht dat centraal is gelokaliseerd en dat zich specialiseert in het beantwoorden van de unieke vereisten van deze sectoren.
Geleverde hoofdtoepassingen en producten:
- Fluorisering: Watervrij Waterstoffluoride (HF), Zwaveltetrafluoride (SF4)
- Bromering: Watervrij Waterstofbromide (HBr)
- Chlorering: Watervrij Waterstofchloride (HCl), Chloor (Cl2), Silicium Tetrachloride (SiCl4)
- Katalyse: Boriumtrichloride (BCl3), Boriumtrifluoride (BF3)
- Thiolering: Waterstofsulfide (H2S)
- Fosgenering: Koolstofmonoxide (CO) Chloor (Cl2)
- Aminering: Ammoniak (NH3), Mono-, Di- & Trimethylamine
- Alkylering, oxidatie: Propyleenoxide (C3H6O)
- Koeling: Halokoolstoffen, Ammoniak (NH3)
- Algemeen Chemie: Zwaveldioxide (SO2), Koolwaterstoffen
- Isolatie: Zwavelhexafluoride (SF6)
Specificaties
De specificaties voor bepaalde producten zijn vermeld in de onderstaande tabel. Onze producten worden minstens met een conformiteitscertificaat geleverd. Individuele klantvragen kunnen op verzoek worden bekeken.
Voor veilig gebruik van giftige, corrosieve of brandbare producten en om hun kwaliteit te waarborgen is het essentieel dat de correcte apparatuur en materialen worden gebruikt. Air Products heeft een ruime ervaring in het behandelen van gas en kan de nodige ondersteuning bieden met inbegrip van controleapparatuur.
